HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” while you learn Tahitian and Hula moves focusing on technique. HOT HULA fitness ® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy HOT HULA fitness®.
*Wear comfortable clothes; we will be dancing barefoot. Bring a lava lava to wear or we will have some for purchase.

Keaka O Kalani I Na Mauna
Our mission is to pass on the aloha spirit as well as our love and appreciation of Hawaiian and other Polynesian dance, language, and culture, in a non-competitive, yet committed environment. Whether you have recently taken a trip to Hawai’i or the other islands of Polynesia; are from the islands and are missing home; or you simply just love to dance, we accommodate all levels of experience and interest. Classes are small — no more than 10 students per class — and are structured to provide a supportive environment for learning, informed by the age, level and/or interests of the haumana (students) in each class.
